This page explains how to request deletion of your Official Transit App account and associated data.
Email tradewavedigital@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line Delete My Account.
We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
Alternatively, in the app go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm.
Your account profile, saved routes, saved places, login credentials, and usage history are permanently deleted.
We may retain limited records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security obligations for up to 90 days, after which they are erased. Anonymized, non-identifying analytics may be retained indefinitely.
