Both apps are operated by us and published under the developer account associated with officialtransitapp.com. By using either app you agree to this Policy.
This Policy covers three types of users: customers/riders who request rides or orders, drivers and delivery partners who fulfil them, and vendors/restaurants (TranEat) who list and sell items. Some sections apply only to specific roles, which we note where relevant.
We request Location, and may request Camera (document/photo upload), Notifications, and Storage/Media access. Each is used only for the stated purpose, and you can manage permissions in your device settings. Background location is used solely to provide ride/delivery functionality during active trips.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to operate the service:
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. After account deletion we remove personal data, except limited records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, which we retain for up to [e.g. 90 days / as required by law] and then delete or anonymise.
